Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Junior Privacy Counsel to join the Global Delivery Hero Data Protection Team in Barcelona. You will counsel internal stakeholders on privacy compliance and help implement privacy programs to mitigate risk while enabling growth.

You will support data mapping, DPIAs, DPAs, and cross-border data transfers, working with a hands-on, collaborative mindset to drive privacy initiatives across teams and geographies.

Formación

• Proven data protection/privacy experience (1–2 years).
• Degree in law (bachelor's or comparable).
• EU privacy certifications (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) is a plus.
• Excellent English; extra languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice on GDPR and data protection matters globally.
• Offer risk-based privacy guidance for new products and changes.
• Draft/ negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements.
• Support data mapping and DPIAs for processes and staff.
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies and notices.
• Support communications to DH Group and leadership teams.
• Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation tracking.
• Manage investigations with authorities and strategic mitigations.
• Monitor AI governance developments and compliance.
