Glovo is seeking a Privacy Counsel to join the Global Delivery Hero Data Protection Team in Barcelona. You’ll counsel internal stakeholders on privacy compliance, support privacy programs, and ensure alignment with regulations across the organization. This role centers on GDPR, data mapping, DPAs, and evolving AI governance.

You will collaborate across teams to advance privacy initiatives, mitigate risk, and enable sustainable growth while protecting user data and trust.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of data protection/privacy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Certifications in EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) are a plus.
• Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German a plus.
• Experience advising online technology companies across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice on data protection matters under GDPR.
• Offer risk-based privacy guidance on products and operations.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements.
• Support data mapping and data processing activity documentation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies and notices.
• Communicate with DH Group board, supervisory boards, and leadership teams.
• Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation tracking.
• Manage investigations with data protection authorities and mitigation plans.
• Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks.
