Backed by leading international investors and entering an exciting period of growth, the business is building intelligent AI solutions that automate complex workflows, improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable commercial impact.

They're now looking for an ambitious AI Product Manager to join their growing team in Barcelona.

This isn't your typical Product Manager position. It's an opportunity to take genuine ownership of AI products operating in real-world environments, combining product strategy, technical problem-solving, customer leadership and commercial responsibility.

You'll essentially act as the General Manager of your own portfolio of AI deployments, with direct accountability for their performance, customer success and revenue growth.

The Role

You'll sit at the intersection of AI, product, operations and commercial strategy, ensuring sophisticated AI solutions are successfully deployed, optimised and scaled across enterprise customers.

Rather than simply defining product roadmaps, you'll be responsible for making sure the technology actually delivers results.

You'll work directly with senior customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, while collaborating closely with engineering, product and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include

• Take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of enterprise AI deployments, from initial design through to ongoing optimisation and expansion.
• Act as the commercial and operational lead for your accounts, taking responsibility for product performance, customer outcomes and recurring revenue growth.
• Define deployment strategies, priorities, success metrics and implementation plans.
• Analyse product performance data, investigate technical or operational challenges and drive continuous improvements.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand complex workflows, identify opportunities for automation and solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams to develop, deploy and scale AI capabilities.
• Build repeatable processes, implementation frameworks and operational playbooks to support growth.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, including executive-level customer meetings and strategic reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing deployments and increase the commercial value delivered to customers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, technical understanding and commercial awareness with the ability to take ownership and get things done.

Ideally, you'll bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or another analytical discipline.
• Experience in product management, technical project delivery, software implementation, business operations or management consulting.
• A background within a high-growth technology company, enterprise software business or similarly demanding environment.
• Strong technical understanding, including experience designing, building or implementing software solutions.
• The ability to work confidently with engineering teams, interpret data and understand technical implementation challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when navigating complex or ambiguous situations.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how technology drives measurable customer value.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, whether through managing complex projects, mentoring colleagues or leading teams.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
