IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal for the DTAS Health Economics/HTA practice in Madrid, delivering high-impact engagements for life sciences clients. You will shape strategies, lead teams, and ensure successful outcomes with a focus on client satisfaction and business development.

You will oversee complex HE/HTA projects, advance methodological expertise, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a global healthcare environment.

Formación

• 7–10 years of professional experience in HEOR/HTA within pharma or healthcare.
• Strong subject matter expertise in health economics, evidence synthesis and HTA.
• Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading strategic consulting engagements and managing multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage or lead multiple engagements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as a key client contact and drive client satisfaction.
• Develop and leverage intellectual property for future engagements.
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposals and bids.
• Provide direction and leadership to delivery teams and junior members.
