IQVIA in Barcelona seeks an Associate Principal for the HE/HTA practice to lead and shape high‑impact engagements for life sciences clients. You will manage teams, ensure on‑time delivery, and contribute to business development while advancing HEOR methodologies.

You will guide junior staff, participate in client discussions, and drive insightful, evidence‑based outcomes in a fast-paced health data science environment.

Formación

• Typically 7–10 years of HEOR/HTA experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Subject matter expertise in health economics, evidence synthesis and HTA (HE modelling, HTA strategy, SLR, ITC, GVD, scientific advice).
• Analytical, interpretative and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in life sciences and/or healthcare industries.
• 2–3 years of project management/leadership in strategic consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication including reports and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple engagements ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery for clients.
• Manage project teams in design, development and delivery of client deliverables.
• Serve as key client contact and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and elevate new business opportunities through leads and proposals.
• Provide direction and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
