IQVIA, The Human Data Science Company, is seeking a Principal or Sr Principal for its DTAS Strategic Advisory team in Barcelona, Spain. You will work directly with life sciences clients as a trusted partner, shaping and delivering high-impact consulting engagements for VP+ stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaborations across Brand & Commercial strategy, Asset & Portfolio strategy, Value & Access, Digital Health, and more, translating technologies like

Formación

• Bachelors degree or equivalent; MBA not required but advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years professional experience in consulting or life sciences.
• Demonstrated leadership and client relationship experience.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to design integrated solutions across Advisory Services.
• Own client engagements end-to-end and ensure satisfaction, quality, and value.
• Develop and deliver high-impact, tailored proposals for VP+ stakeholders.
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability building within the practice.
