IQVIA is seeking a Principal or Sr Principal for the DTAS Global Strategic Advisory Consulting team in Madrid. You will lead high‑impact strategic engagements for VP+ clients in life sciences, shaping direction across data, technology and advisory services.

You will own client engagements end‑to‑end, mentor teams, and drive growth by identifying opportunities while delivering exceptional value and sustaining strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA not required but advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years’ professional experience in consulting or the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
• Strong commitment to and experience within the life sciences and/or healthcare space.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, developing people, and delivering high‑impact client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and deliver high‑impact consulting engagements for VP+ stakeholders.
• Own client engagements end‑to‑end, ensuring satisfaction, quality, and measurable value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Advisory Services and the wider DTAS portfolio.
• Mentor teams and contribute to practice building to maintain consulting excellence.
