IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal for the DTAS Health Economics / Health Technology Assessment (HE/HTA) practice. The role involves leading HE/HTA engagements for life sciences clients, shaping study designs, and delivering high‑impact analyses with strong client partnerships.

You will drive client satisfaction, pursue opportunities, and mentor delivery teams. The role requires 7–10 years in HEOR/HTA with evidence of career progression, robust leadership experience, and fluency in English;

Formación

• HE/HTA expertise including health economics, evidence synthesis and HTA
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary consulting projects
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposals and business development

Responsabilidades

• Manage project teams in design, development and delivery of client deliverables
• Serve as key client contact and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and deliver HE/HTA analyses, reports and presentations
• Lead and mentor junior staff and coaches within the team
• Support business development through leads and proposals
• Develop knowledge of HEOR methodologies and pharmaceutical market
