FYUL is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy and direction for Printify Sales Experience, the merchant-success layer driving onboarding, first sale, and early GMV. You will manage two PMs and coordinate with Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship impactful lifecycle features at scale.

This role emphasizes systems thinking, AI-enabled guidance, and measurable business outcomes across GMV, retention, and LTV.

Competenze

• Extensive product management experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or platform businesses.
• Strong analytical skills: funnels, cohorts, KPI trees and opportunity sizing.
• Proven ability to lead and coach product teams across multiple squads.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve Sales Experience's product strategy and end-to-end activation path.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial and Lifecycle Marketing.
• Translate strategy into phased initiatives with clear outcomes, dependencies and decision gates.
