Formación

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in structural engineering and mechanical design.
• Deep expertise in FEA and structural dynamics (ANSYS preferred).
• Experience with large fabricated structures (sheet-metal, welded/bolted); composites a plus.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; ability to challenge assumptions.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to help others grow.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex structural analysis using FEA/ANSYS to assess strength, dynamics, fatigue.
• Develop calculation methodologies and engineering approaches.
• Provide technical guidance on structural design and robust decisions.
• Mentor and coach engineers to strengthen capability across the team.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, testing, suppliers, and other functions to deliver robust structural solutions.
