GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical System Integration Leader to drive the electrical architecture across multiple wind turbine platforms, from business requirements to prototype installation and serial production.

You will lead a global team of engineers, own design and certification of subsystems, and work closely with suppliers and customers to meet safety, quality and cost targets while ensuring on‑time hardware releases and robust technical governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong technology and/or product management experience in low voltage and/or power path component design or in similar position.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead component and system design lifecycle for the sub-system with full ownership and accountability.
• Manage daily operations of a global design team and coordinate with customers and fleets on issues and improvements.
• Review critical drawings, schematics and specifications for accuracy prior to release and ensure timely delivery and design targets.
