GE Vernova seeks a Senior Electrical System Integration Leader for Wind to oversee the electrical system of wind turbine platforms and to drive development from requirements to prototype and serial production.

The role involves leading a global design team, ensuring on-time hardware releases, optimizing performance and cost, and mentoring engineers to sustain engineering excellence across the wind fleet.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in an Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong technology and/or product management experience in low voltage and/or power path component design or in similar position.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead design lifecycle of sub-system components and systems.
• Own design, development, testing and certification of appointed sub-system.
• Coordinate global design engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time hardware releases and quality targets (DFMEA, performance, availability).
• Provide technical guidance across interfaces and systems engineering teams.
