Sklum Digital & AI is seeking a Principal to own content programming and engagement design for the Sklum App. You will decide what content exists, for whom, in what cadence, and with what commercial intent, and you’ll design habit loops that encourage regular use.

You’ll write briefs, design engagement mechanics, and ship end-to-end as a hands-on principal. This build role sits on a lean team, with ownership of content strategy, editorial programming, and how content drives user behavior across

Formación

• 7+ years in content strategy, content programming, editorial product, or a closely related discipline for a consumer-facing digital product.
• Experience programming content for a digital product at scale where content is treated as a product capability with its own surfaces and rules, not a marketing channel.
• Genuine habit-formation or retention design experience.
• Ecommerce or commerce-adjacent sales-content instinct.
• Experience designing at least one interactive or native content format (a quiz, a configurator, a personalization mechanic).
• Personal, hands-on use of agentic tooling - coding agents or autonomous workflows in day-to-day practice.
• Principal-level IC track record - you've written briefs and shipped programs, not just managed people.
• Comfortable operating across cultures, time zones, and async teams with regional partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal English; working Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in home, lifestyle, design, fashion, or interiors is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full editorial layer of the app — what content exists, who it’s for, cadence, and commercial intent behind it.
• Design habit-formation and return-visit loops to drive installs and ongoing engagement.
• Design interactive content formats that feel native to the app and serve as engagement and data signals.
• Own content calendar alongside the commercial calendar to align sales moments and launches with the app.
• Collaborate across product, UX design, engineering, brand, commercial, and regional teams; partner with the Principal on Customer Branding & GTM.
• Define agentic content practice with autonomous workflows and guardrails to scale content safely.
