Sherpas is seeking a Content & Product Marketing Lead in Pontevedra, Spain. You will script, direct, and produce short-form video content, write compelling blogs, and shape product-facing communications for advisors and clients.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will work directly with product teams to translate roadmaps into client-ready narratives. You will own webinars, events, and social channels, ensuring the Sherpas voice remains sharp, credible, and consistent across every surface.

We are building the AI workforce for wealth management — the layer of intelligence that handles what advisors should never have had to do manually in the first place. The product works. The pipeline is growing. What we do not yet have is someone who turns all of that into content worth paying attention to. This role owns the full surface: video, blog, social, product marketing, events. One person, real ownership, AI as the production multiplier. If you need a team around you to ship, this is not the right moment. What you will own Video and short-form. You script, direct, and produce — or closely supervise production of — short-form video content: product demos, explainers, advisor-facing clips, LinkedIn shorts. You know what makes people watch to the end. Blog and long-form. Content with a point of view that an advisor would actually finish. Product updates written so clients understand what changed and why it matters to them. Not SEO filler. Product marketing. You sit close to the product team, know what is on the roadmap, and translate it into client-facing communication — release notes, feature announcements, webinars, enablement material — before it ships, not after. Social. LinkedIn and whatever channels move the needle in wealth management. Consistent, original, worth following — not scheduled reposts. Events and webinars. You coordinate Sherpas presence at the key industry events and run product webinars for clients and prospects. You own the narrative in the room. The company voice. Everything that goes out sounds like Sherpas — sharp, credible, direct. You are the person who makes that consistent across every surface. What we are looking for Must have You use AI tools every day to produce content at a pace a team of three would struggle to match. You are not waiting for a brief — you are generating, refining, and publishing. You have scripted and produced video content that performed — short-form, product-led, or educational. Show us the work. You write with clarity and a point of view. No filler, no corporate language. You are comfortable sitting in product planning sessions, understanding what is being built, and turning it into a communication plan before anyone asks you to. Fluent English and Spanish. Most of the audience is American; most of the team is Spanish. You are self-sufficient. There is no marketing department around you. Senior management is your sounding board, not your briefing queue. Strong plus Background in fintech, wealth management, or another regulated domain — or a demonstrated ability to learn a technical industry fast and communicate it credibly. Experience running webinars or live product demos for a B2B audience. Existing presence or network in the wealth management or RIA space. You do not need A marketing degree or agency background. Show us what you have built and shipped. A team under you to get started. That comes when you have proven the output. What this role is not Not a social media scheduler. If that is the job you want, this is not it. Not a content factory executing someone else’s editorial calendar. You build the calendar. Not isolated from product. You are in the room when roadmap decisions are made — because the communication of those decisions is your responsibility. Not a content factory executing someone else’s editorial.
