Huxley Associates in Barcelona is seeking a governance- and transformation-focused Product Management leader to evolve pricing product maturity, align cross-functional teams, and implement scalable practices within a global Digital Pricing team.
You will drive backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning, KPI tracking and create playbooks and onboarding materials to accelerate adoption of Agile-at-Scale across the organization.
Formación
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Delivery or Digital Transformation.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmapping and backlog governance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience supporting Product Owners, Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional English.
- Effective communication.
Responsabilidades
- Define and improve product management standards, roadmaps and backlog governance.
- Support Product Owners and cross-functional teams in adopting consistent product practices.
- Drive governance routines, backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning aligned with Agile and SAFe.
- Develop playbooks, templates, governance packs and onboarding materials.
- Promote Agile-at-Scale practices and continuous improvement.
- Track KPIs related to product maturity, backlog health and delivery predictability.
