Huxley Associates in Barcelona is seeking a governance- and transformation-focused Product Management leader to evolve pricing product maturity, align cross-functional teams, and implement scalable practices within a global Digital Pricing team.
You will drive backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning, KPI tracking and create playbooks and onboarding materials to accelerate adoption of Agile-at-Scale across the organization.
Formación
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Delivery or Digital Transformation.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmapping and backlog governance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience supporting Product Owners, Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional English.
- Effective communication.

In this role you will lead the evolution of product management standards and roadmaps for a global Digital Pricing team. You will partner with Product Owners and cross-functional groups to implement consistent practices and governance at scale. You will drive backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning and KPI tracking to improve delivery predictability. You will create playbooks and onboarding materials to accelerate adoption of Agile-at-Scale. This is a governance- and transformation-focused position with a clear impact on pricing product maturity and cross-team alignment.
