Preply in Barcelona is hiring a Senior Growth Lead to own Product Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting strategies across the marketplace. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on analytics to turn company priorities into roadmaps and measurable commercial outcomes.

You will initially manage one analyst focused on Product Led Growth analytics, with room to grow the team as scope expands. This full-time, hybrid position combines office collaboration with remote flexibility.

• Ability to define pricing and discounting strategies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the business and product strategy for Product Led Growth and Pricing and Discounting, turning Preply's priorities into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Take responsibility for agreed commercial KPIs, including NSGMV share, lifetime value, margin and LTV to CAC efficiency.
• Accelerate Product Led Growth by prioritising opportunities across referrals, advocacy, sharing, incentives and other product-led acquisition and retention mechanics.
• Build Pricing and Discounting strategy across the marketplace, including tutor pricing, learner prices, promotions and incentives.
• Develop business cases and MVPs to validate opportunities before deeper investments.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance and Growth to shape roadmaps and experiments.
• Own the performance framework and ensure clear KPIs, measurement and investment cadence.
• Use insights to identify growth opportunities and turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Communicate strategy and trade-offs with clarity and conviction, aligning senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Product Led Growth analyst as the function scales.
