eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a Pricing Capabilities Manager to join the Revenue Management team in Barcelona, Spain. You will own the development of our dynamic pricing capabilities and bridge business needs with Data Science, ensuring high-quality deliveries that stay ahead of the market.

The role requires 4–6 years in pricing or related fields, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, product management or strategy consulting.
• Solid understanding of dynamic pricing and how data science models are built, tested and deployed.
• Proven experience owning a roadmap or managing cross-functional projects end to end.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL and a BI tool such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Ability to explain technical topics to business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and comfort challenging teams constructively.
• Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing problems with revenue managers and translate into data science requirements.
• Shape pricing solutions with data science, balancing impact, risk and effort.
• Own yearly and quarterly pricing capabilities roadmap and track delivery.
• Manage end-to-end pricing initiatives from discovery to rollout, train teams to use new tools.
• Set guardrails and KPIs; monitor model accuracy and margin impact post-launch.
• Benchmark pricing tech against travel, e-commerce and subscription industries.
