UST España & Latam is seeking an AI Engineer to lead the integration of AI into enterprise software, focusing on secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions. You will collaborate with product and platform teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and deploy LLM-based and RAG solutions.

The role requires a strong DevOps/MLOps background, cloud, Docker and Kubernetes expertise, and fluency in English. Madrid-based hybrid work offers three days in the office in the city center.

Formación

• 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, MLOps Engineer, or AI Platform Engineer.
• Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and software delivery pipelines.
• Experience building or supporting LLM, RAG, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into enterprise software delivery platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable implementations.
• Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-based and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build and maintain APIs, automation workflows, and platform integrations that power AI-driven experiences.
• Drive AI-powered automation initiatives to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure observability, traceability, compliance, and security across AI-enabled solutions.
• Promote best practices for automation, monitoring, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, containers, and modern engineering platforms.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong software engineering and DevOps/MLOps background to join an innovative project for a leading global wealth management client. The ideal candidate will be passionate about integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, driving automation, and building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions within a highly collaborative environment.

Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.

Language: English is a must. Spanish desirable.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, MLOps Engineer, or AI Platform Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and software delivery pipelines.
• Experience building or supporting LLM, RAG, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of scalability, security, reliability, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Corporate Identity (CI) / Corporate Design (CD) ecosystems and enterprise tooling environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
