Job summary

Working alongside sales and technical experts, you will help customers understand the value of Sabio's recommendations and support informed decisions.

We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Solutions Specialist a curious, proactive and commercially minded Presales Solutions Consultant to join our Presales team in Spain.

You will work with customers to understand their objectives and shape proposals that connect AI, automation and customer experience technologies with business outcomes. Working alongside sales colleagues and technical specialists, you will help customers understand the value of our recommendations and make informed decisions.

We welcome candidates from different IT presales backgrounds. Strong consultative skills, clear communication and the motivation to learn are central to this role. Previous experience in AI or contact centre technologies is valuable but not essential.

We value collaboration, curiosity, ownership and openness to feedback. You will be expected to actively develop your knowledge of Sabio’s solutions and learn how to apply them to customer needs.
