You will join a dynamic luxury hospitality team, contributing to daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction while upholding Hyatt’s care and service culture.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Physical capacity for an active, hands-on role.
• Basic communication in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to Hyatt standards.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms.
• Restock guest supplies and report maintenance needs.
• Safeguard hotel property and keys.
• Greet guests promptly and assist with requests.
• Follow Shift procedures and assist team.
