Board International is seeking a Premium Support Specialist in Madrid to deliver functional and technical support for Board planning and reporting solutions to key accounts. The role emphasizes industry-leading post-implementation support and close collaboration with the Product team to relay customer feedback.

The position features a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote, enabling a balance of collaboration and productivity.

Formación

• Experience providing functional and technical support in planning/BI environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into Board platform solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide qualified functional and technical assistance for Board planning and reporting solutions.
• Participate in knowledge transfer between delivery and maintenance teams.
• Articulate in detail how Board functionality meets customer requirements and problems.
• Relay customer and market feedback to the Product team.
• Assist Senior Specialists in meetings about new features and functionality in Board Platform.
• Provide reactive support for existing customers when questions arise.
