Board International in Madrid is seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our R&D team. You will work with senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform, with hands-on Azure Cloud experience and a global customer base.

The role requires rotating shift participation (evening shift every 6 weeks, on-call every 12 weeks) and a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Formación

• Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or similar fields.
• Exposure to any Cloud provider will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems (Windows servers) is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Become acquainted with the distinct features of Board platform and its deployment in the Azure Cloud environment.
• Coordinate an effective troubleshooting process to identify and resolve Cloud issues.
• Oversee support requests and needs of our worldwide customers.
• Ensure excellence in delivering services to our customers through timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Provide help and assistance to your fellow team members to troubleshoot and fix errors.
