Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead the Guest Services team aboard our ships, ensuring premium, personalized guest experiences. You will supervise 30+ team members, manage high guest counts, uphold Standards of Excellence, and partner with hotel and marine departments to anticipate guest needs and resolve escalations with empathy.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years in a Front Desk Managerial position or a General Manager position in a cruise line (shipboard).
• Experience supervising 30+ Team Members in Guest Services Department.
• Experience handling 100+ guests in a 4–5-star hotel and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to Celebrity Cruises WAYS standards, Standards of Excellence, Public Health guidelines, KPIs, environmental and safety policies across ship areas.
• Maintains professionalism and emergency preparedness within Front Desk Operations, being the brand voice for guest and crew interactions.
• Executes the Ability to Resolve Issues vision, develops team and drives guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Charts metrics such as guest counts, desk volume, concern content, and guest/crew interactions for leadership insight.
• Communicates inventory, program access and maintenance requirements for work areas and tools.
• Ensures precision in financial transactions and cash float operations.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a upscale, empathetic and professional manner.
