Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead a busy guest services team aboard our ship. You will coordinate with hotel and marine departments to anticipate guest needs and deliver premium, personalized service.

This role requires strong hospitality leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage operations under pressure while maintaining brand standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• Must have 4+ years of experience in a Front Desk Managerial or General Manager position in a cruise line (shipboard).
• Experience handling 100+ guests in a 4–5-star hotel/cruise environment.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members in Guest Services.
• Willingness to work under pressure and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Adherence to Celebrity Cruises WAYS standards, KPIs, safety and health policies.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between Front Desk Team and all hotel and marine departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Own Front Desk operations, including accountability for guest interaction, sentiment, and issue resolution.
• Provide leadership, development and training for the Front Desk team and drive performance metrics.
