United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to guide customers in building scalable, reliable systems using Atlas Data Platform, with a focus on Atlas Search. This remote role supports our global customers from Barcelona, Dublin and London, and collaborates with sales to win deals.

You will design architectures, articulate business value, and drive technical discovery, demos, and proofs of value across multiple opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of search expertise with Elasticsearch, Lucene, Solr, or similar.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
• Proficient in at least two scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, C#).
• Experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsabilidades

• Design systems and architectures to support customer success using Atlas.
• Advise customers on architectures, patterns, and strategies.
• Articulate business value of Atlas solutions.
• Support sales activities: discovery, demos, value proofs, sizing, and documentation.
• Translate technical concepts into business benefits for executives.
• Gather feedback from the field to Product Management.
• Represent and mentor other pre-sales team members on methodologies.
• Collaborate with Atlas Search product team on feedback and improvements.
• Assist in Vector Search and AI/ML direction based on customer needs.
• Embody the company’s core values in interactions with teams and customers.
