Talent Garden is seeking a Pre-sales Intern to join its Academy Sales Team in Barcelona. The role focuses on initial outreach, scheduling appointments with Account Executives, and supporting lead management for our learning and corporate programs.

Your profile includes a recent graduation or current student eligible for an internship, with strong Italian and English skills, and a desire to grow in sales and customer relations.

Formación

• Eager to start a career in sales and customer relations.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to guide students through processes.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
• Native Italian and English proficiency (B2/C1), both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to leads via calls and emails to book appointments.
• Follow up reminders to keep the schedule on track.
• Gather market insights and help identify buyer personas.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and manage leads.
• Contribute to improving conversion through research and feedback.
