Job summary

Louis Vuitton Madrid invites applications for a PR Advisor internship within the PR and Communications team. You will support the Mediterranean region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan) from the Madrid Head Office, coordinating with Paris HQ and stores.

Role involves PR, communications, and general office tasks, including clipping reports, press materials, showroom coordination, and event support. Start date mid November 2026; contract under Spanish law.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar PR/communication role, preferably in luxury.
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
• Must be able to formalize a contrato de prácticas under Spanish labor law.
• Start date: Mid November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support PR and communications for the Mediterranean region, collaborating with Paris HQ and stores.
• Prepare and send press credits, prices, and descriptions; generate daily/weekly/monthly clipping reports.
• Assist showroom operations: stock control, launches, and supplier coordination (Lyreco, water, coffee, florists).
• Support Event and Client Development initiatives; help deliver strategy and messages.

YOUR MISSION

Part of the PR and Communication team at the Madrid Head Office, you will support the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan) while working closely with Paris HQ and stores.

As a PR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and elevated tasks in the areas of PR, Communications and general office administration to the Mediterranean zone.

Press

• Sending of credits, prices and descriptions.
• Daily, weekly and monthly Best Clipping Reports.
• DMR Web: Daily annotation and monitoring of clipping by subject matter, Monthly analysis of clipping by medium, both LV and competition.
• Branded Content: Elaboration of materials, Invoice management, Management of results reports, Google Analytics: results of the links with UTM.

Showroom

• Shoppings management.
• Control of Launchmetrics: stock + contacts.
• Control of suppliers: Lyreco, water, coffee, florists, etc.
• Updating of internal materials.
• Press collection.
• Event management support.
• Support the Client Development Director in the delivery of strategy, programs and messages.

Profile

• REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
  • Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications or any other related field.
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role is required; in the luxury industry it will be highly appreciated.
  • It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law.
  • Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
  • Start date: Mid November 2026.
