LVMH Beauty Iberia is seeking a Retail & Visual Merch Intern to support daily sales tracking, inventory planning, and the design of pop-up stores across our POS and stores.

You will work closely with the Beauty Consultants team, assist with reports for headquarters in France, and help develop planograms, prototypes, and visuals while gaining practical experience in luxury retail.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• Languages: Spanish & English fluent (min. C1) and capability in French is a plus.
• IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms desirable
• EXPERIENCE: Previous experience is valuable.
• AVAILABILITY: Availability for an incorporation in September

Responsabilidades

• Retail: Lead daily sales tracking and analysis of sales performance and KPIs by store and product line.
• Retail: Manage budget and invoicing, including processing invoices, tracking expenses against budget allocations, and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Retail: Support inventory planning, defining stock levels, and ensuring compliance at the point of sale.
• Retail: Support sales administration, including managing and assisting the Beauty Consultants (BCs) team with operational tasks and administrative processes.
• Retail: Prepare reports and presentations for special projects and periodic sales analysis, contributing to information shared with headquarters (France).
• Visual Merch: Support the design, development, and implementation of pop-up stores, promotional sites, and displays at the brand’s various Points of Sale (POS) and stores.
• Visual Merch: Assist with the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Visual Merch: Participate in the development of detailed and technical drawings.
• Visual Merch: Support the elaboration of planograms, prototypes, renders, and plans.
• Visual Merch: Assist with the production of conceptual creative designs.
• Visual Merch: Manage suppliers: orders, coordination of materials, organizing calendars and projects, and presenting visuals and guidelines.

The Retail & Visual Merch Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

Retail:

• Lead daily sales tracking and analysis of sales performance and KPIs by store and product line, identifying trends, top-performing items, and monitoring team productivity.
• Manage budget and invoicing, including processing invoices, tracking expenses against budget allocations, and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Support inventory planning, defining stock levels, and ensuring compliance at the point of sale.
• Support sales administration, including managing and assisting the Beauty Consultants (BCs) team with operational tasks and administrative processes.

Visual Merch:

PROFILE NEEDED

• MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• LANGUAGES: Spanish & English Fluent (min. C1). French is a plus.
• IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms desirable

• OTHERS: Possibility to sign an agreement with the university for 6 months minimum.
