Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Merchandising Advisor for a 1-year internship (contrato de prácticas) at our Madrid Head Office. You will support the Mediterranean Region retail network (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey) under the Product and Visual Merchandising team and report to the team.

The role involves maintaining calendars, collecting information, creating reports and presentations, and assisting with product launches and store openings.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Business School/University.
• Must have obtained a bachelor or master's degree in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain VM calendar and product launch calendars and events.
• Support Area VMs to ensure product priorities are visible and deadlines met.
• Collect information and photos and consolidate reports for the Zone team and partners.
• Assist in building presentations for Product training of Retail teams.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by Product Manager.

About The Job

We are currently looking for a Merchandising Advisor to join the Product and Visual Merchandising team for 1 year (6 + 6 months) “contrato de prácticas” at our Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey) and reporting to the Product and Visual Merchandising Team.

Job responsibilities

SUPPORT PRODUCT ANIMATIONS/LAUNCHES AND EVENT

• Maintain VM calendar PRODUCTS (including products launching calendars, events such as store openings, meetings, regional initiatives, etc.)
• Support Area VMs on function responsibilities as needed to make sure that the priorities on the products are visible and respecting the deadlines.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, PRESENTATIONS AND REPORTING

• Collect information and photos and consolidate reports to be shared with the Zone team, Mediterranean Regional partners and store
• Support building presentations for Product training of the Retail teams
• Additional projects as identified by Product Manager

Profile

• Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agility to adapt to changes.
• Service oriented, with strong communication skills to easily connect with others.
• Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment. Keen interest about fashion trends
• MS Office proficiency (Power Point & Excel).
• Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory (French is a plus).
• Proficiency in computer systems, reporting and programs. Data analysis (Excel) and good written communication (PPT, reports).

Required Profile & Experience

• Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in in any related field.
• It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law (Must have obtained a bachelor or master's degree in the past 3 years)
• Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
• Start date: January 2027
