Avis Budget Group in Barcelona is seeking a motivated PPC Specialist to own the regional PPC strategy, manage campaigns across markets, and drive performance through bidding, audiences, GDN, YouTube and Demand Gen.

You will collaborate with local marketing teams, optimize SQRs and keywords, run AB tests, and implement automation to improve ad copies and results. The role offers a 9-month fixed-term contract with a flexible schedule and remote work several days a week.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on PPC experience.
• Proficiency with bid management tools (GA3/S360, Marin or Skai).
• Deep understanding of automated bidding and AB testing.
• Strong reporting and analytic skills; data-driven optimisations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop regional PPC strategy for allocated markets.
• Run and optimise bidding, audiences, GDN, YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns.

Avis Budget Group Contact Centre is looking for a motivated PPC Specialist to develop the PPC strategy for Avis Budget Group for your allocated region.The role will require you to own and manage PPC for different markets and conduct the usual aspects of any PPC role to drive performance such as SQRs, improving ads & extensions, monitoring performance and general maintenance. You will also have the responsibility of running and developing the strategy for Bidding, Audiences, GDN, YouTube & Demand Gen.As part of the role, you will also be required to work closely with local marketing teams to tailor PPC and on-site strategy for your allocated region.What we are looking for:· 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience.· Proficiency with bid management tools like Google Search Ads 360, Marin or Skai.· Deep understanding of automated bidding.· Expertise in AB testing & optimisation.· Solid experience with SQRs and keyword optimisation· Native or fluent in English and one of the following languages would be an advantage: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.· Strong reporting & analytical skills.· Experience with using automation to enhance data, ad copies and improving performance.· Proven ability to deliver effective PPC initiatives that drive performance improvements.Bonus skills & experience:· Experience managing Remarketing, GDN, YouTube, and Demand Gen.· Familiarity with setting up and utilizing automation systems.· Expertise in promotion effectiveness measurement and budgeting/forecasting.· A strong understanding of CRO strategy and landing page optimization.· Technical skills such as SQL, Java, or Google Ads Scripts.What we offer:· A competitive salary based on your experience (35k to 40k) plus Bonus scheme.· Start date 1st October with a 9 months fix term contract with potential full permanent contract extension option (39h a week)· Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely 4 days a week.· Wellness & fun activities· VIP District discounts and rental car discounts· Life insurance after 6 months· Ticket restaurant & free car rental after one year· Excellent, dynamic, & multicultural environment in one of the best locations in Barcelona: The World Trade CentreAvis Budget Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
