Job summary

AVL Iberica seeks highly motivated young engineers to join the Barcelona/Martorell team. The role blends project management with design tasks across powertrain areas, including documenting work, planning milestones and coordinating with suppliers and clients.

You will manage design databases and 3D CAD files using CATIA or CREO, with an engineering degree and English proficiency. 0–4 years in automotive is welcomed. Permanent contract and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Good level of English.
• Experience with 3D CAD software such as CATIA and CREO is valuable.
• Knowledge of powertrain systems and internal combustion engines is valuable.
• Strong sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and teamwork skills.
• Participation in extracurricular activities such as Formula Student will be valued.
• Programming or mathematical modeling knowledge will be valued.
• 0-4 years of experience in the automotive sector.
