Job summary

AVL Iberica Team seeks a Project Management and Design Engineer to join our Barcelona team. The role blends project management with design tasks across powertrain areas, coordinating suppliers and clients while tracking deadlines and progress.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree (Master's a plus), strong English, and experience with CATIA/CREO. Knowledge of powertrain, 0–4 years in automotive, and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree; Master's degree is a plus.
• Good level of English.
• Experience with CATIA and CREO CAD software.
• Knowledge of powertrain systems and internal combustion engines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and teamwork.
• Participation in Formula Student valued.
• Programming or mathematical modeling knowledge valued.
• 0-4 years of experience in the automotive sector.

• Management of design documentation and activity planning.
• Deadline management and follow-up of project activities.
