Vueling is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead post-booking flows and digital customer experiences. You will shape the product vision, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders across business, CX and IT to deliver measurable value.

You will own end-to-end delivery, work with UX/UI teams, run user research, and monitor adoption metrics to drive revenue and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced airline environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management or related fields.
• 5+ years Agile experience in Scrum or Kanban.
• End-to-end ownership of digital channel products with revenue impact.
• Stakeholder engagement across commercial, CX, IT.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Define features, functionality and positioning with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain the roadmap with cross-functional input.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs with teams.
• Lead user research and analyze data to identify needs.
• Monitor post-booking product adoption and impact KPIs.
