Vueling Airlines seeks an entry-level Flight Operations Analyst to join the team responsible for aircraft performance calculations, data integrity, and process improvement across the network.

You will work with LIDO, Salesforce, and SAP SuccessFactors to manage data, training records, and regulatory compliance while supporting SID development and safety initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (mandatory).
• English C1 and Spanish C1.
• Entry-level position ideal for recent graduates.

Responsabilidades

• Support aircraft performance calculations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop deviation point procedures for SIDs across network for Boeing 737 MAX 8200 fleet entry into service.
• Monitor and validate performance-related technical documentation for compliance.
• Maintain aircraft performance data across LIDO and Salesforce.
• Manage training records and reporting for Flight Operations via SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct analyses to support transformation, digitalization, and efficiency projects.
• Ensure safety-critical data is integrated into performance assessments.
• Contribute to risk management initiatives for flight safety and efficiency.

Mission

Join a high-performing team within Flight Operations, providing technical support to pilots and contributing to the safe and efficient execution of every flight. This role plays a key part in aircraft performance calculations, operational software maintenance, EFB management, and the continuous improvement of flight operations processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support aircraft performance calculations and ensure compliance with the latest aviation regulations.
• Collaborate in the development of deviation point procedures for Standard Instrument Departures (SIDs) across Vueling's network, supporting the Boeing 737 MAX 8200 fleet entry into service.
• Monitor and validate performance-related technical documentation, ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and improve aircraft performance data across operational systems such as LIDO and Salesforce.
• Manage training records and reporting for Flight Operations technical teams through SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct technical analyses to support transformation, digitalization, and efficiency projects within Flight Operations.
• Ensure safety-critical operational data is accurately processed and integrated into performance assessments.
• Contribute to risk management initiatives that enhance flight safety and operational efficiency.

Academic background

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (mandatory).
• English C1 and Spanish C1.

Experience

• Entry-level position ideal for recent graduates.
• Previous experience in aviation operations, aircraft performance, or data analysis is a plus.
• Understanding of aircraft performance calculations and operational factors affecting flight performance.
• Exposure to technical documentation, operational processes, or aviation projects is highly valued.
