Vueling Airlines SA is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead the development of a new social media strategy. You will partner with the Social Media Manager to drive content, community engagement and performance across IG, TikTok, and YouTube, while managing campaigns with brand partners and sponsorships.

The role requires a data-driven, hands-on leader who can own projects from briefing to execution, measure impact, adapt quickly, and respond to reputational issues with sound judgment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Communications.
• Experience working with international, e‑commerce or multi‑market brands.
• Experience delivering sponsorship activations or real‑time social media coverage.
• Working knowledge of video editing or graphic design tools.
• Track record in collaborations with relevant brands, influencers and industry leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Social Media Strategy across markets.
• Coordinate agencies, content teams, and partners for timely delivery.
• Oversee content calendar and native content development.
• Develop campaigns for partnerships and sponsorships.
• Collaborate on influencer campaigns from briefing to evaluation.
• Support real‑time coverage and crisis management when needed.
