Wallbox Chargers is seeking a highly motivated SDR based in Barcelona to manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads across B2C and B2B for the Portugal market. You will build first-touch relationships, assess needs, and hand prospects to Account Executives or Distributors.

The role requires fluency in Portuguese, strong communication, and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Hybrid work schedule and rapid pipeline growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales, SDR, Business Development, or similar role.
• Fluent/native in Portuguese.
• Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms (preferably Salesforce).

Responsabilités

• Engage and qualify inbound leads from website and paid campaigns.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Perform initial discovery calls to understand needs, pain points, and buying potential.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes using the CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and lead handovers to Sales Executives/Distributors.
