WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will handle printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and consumable orders via phone and email, maintaining service quality.

Work from Greece remotely with a 14-month compensation structure, plus a performance bonus up to 10% and relocation support. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and problem-solving in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese or C1 proficiency.
• B2 English proficiency for training and internal communication.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
