Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B assistance for global brands. You will handle printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order processing via phone and email.

Work remotely from Greece, with a 14-month salary paid monthly (€1,045.72 gross) plus a relocation package and up to 10% performance bonus. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri, with occasional weekend shifts; nesting period and ongoing training are provided.

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders
• Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
• Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
