Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to deliver first-line B2B support for global brands. You will handle printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order processing via phone and email.

This remote role is based in Greece, with onboarding, a relocation package, and potential for growth. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends and rotating shifts, aiming for full independence within six months.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role
