Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software questions, and order management via phone and email.

The role requires native-level Portuguese and at least B2 English, with a focus on independent remote work. Relocation support is offered, and the program includes structured onboarding and progressive training.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role
