Job summary

SITA in Barcelona seeks a Project Portfolio Manager to lead the Business Enablement portfolio across architecture, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enabling capabilities.

You will align portfolio investments with Aircraft strategic objectives, govern budgets, resources, and deliver measurable business outcomes while leading a team of project professionals.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Security and Finance to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Formal project management training.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Enablement portfolio translating strategy into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Oversee delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead portfolio governance, sponsorship, funding, KPIs, and delivery plans.
• Develop and coach project managers and ensure performance across the portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Engineering & Technology, Operations, Security, Finance, and other stakeholders to align priorities.
