We are looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid. This role focuses on the Polish-speaking market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.

The position starts on-site for onboarding and shifts to a hybrid model after meeting targets. You will engage with many prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and work toward KPI targets in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Native or bilingual in Polish
• Native or bilingual in English
• Residence in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience in BDR/ SDR/ call center/ outbound sales or similar
• Strong confidence with cold calling
• Comfortable with high volume of calls/leads
• KPI/metrics oriented
• Availability aligned with US time zones

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English
• Must currently reside in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience in BDR, SDR, call center, outbound sales or similar roles
• Strong confidence with cold calling
• Comfortable working with a high volume of calls and leads
• Strong KPI and metrics orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours
