Factorial, a leader in AI-powered business management software, is seeking a Partnership Business Development Representative for the Polish market. You will manage and qualify inbound leads in ROW markets, particularly Poland, driving early-stage sales and pipeline growth across channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships teams to improve inbound performance and convert opportunities, while gaining exposure to broader business development initiatives within a fast-paced

Formación

Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or fast-paced client-facing roles.
Interest in SaaS, Sales, or Marketing and growth mindset.

Responsabilidades

Manage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads across ROW markets, with emphasis on Poland, ensuring fast follow-up and strong pipeline conversion.
Own the early-stage sales process from understanding business needs to routing prospects to next steps.
Drive pipeline generation by engaging prospects via calls, email, and social, including C-level stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to improve inbound performance and lead quality.
Support partner initiatives by handling leads from partner activities and contributing to approach strategies.
Gain exposure to broader business development activities and potential scope expansion over time.
