Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, SA seeks an experienced PMO Lead to drive the industrial growth strategy for the Albacete site. You will define sizing scenarios, manage stakeholder requirements, and ensure a smooth Entry into Service for new infrastructure and programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across facilities, HSE, IT, and security, while aligning with national plans and government agreements to expand the site and optimize ramp-up activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years in a PMO or lead PM role, preferably in Aerospace/Defense.
• Experience managing large industrial site expansions or ramp-up projects.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for government liaison and reporting.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop site sizing scenarios and growth plans to meet demand.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (FMRE, HSE, Security, IT).
• Create and maintain a roadmap to ensure on-time Entry into Service for programs.
• Oversee scope of new constructions and ongoing projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate to Head of Site.
• Align with National H/C Plan and Spanish Government subsidies.
