Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager in Albacete to join the IAM PSL within Information Management. You will oversee identity and access management services, automation, and security operations for Airbus Group applications.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years IT Operator experience; IAM in industrial contexts preferred.
• Knowledge of lifecycle, provisioning, SSO, MFA, governance, and role management.
• ItIL framework knowledge.
• Familiar with authentication protocols and security concepts.
• Proficient in PowerShell and C#.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor IAM platforms; manage incidents and alerts.
• Communicate updates and obsolescence to Customer Centers IT.
• ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
• Diagnose errors, ensure continuity; escalate as needed.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts.
• Analyze analytics dashboards for Customer Center and Mother Company.
• Monitor logs; respond to security incidents promptly.
