Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, SA seeks a Head of Operations Spain to oversee end-to-end logistics for Spain and launch the Albacete Hub as a strategic growth pillar. You will drive performance, monitor operations, and lead a cross-functional team to meet internal and external service goals.

You will manage regional platforms and safeguard continuity across multiple sites, with a focus on ramping up activities and achieving benchmark competitiveness for the Airbus Global Logistics setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics and Management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to drive change and ramp up activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary Spanish logistics platforms in Albacete, Chinchilla, and Almansa, driving operational efficiency across the regional supply chain.
• Direct Logistics Service Provider (LSP) relationships and performance, with a €20M annual logistics contract.
• Ensure uninterrupted service delivery and supply chain continuity for key internal stakeholders, including Final Assembly Lines, Flight Lines, Centers of Excellence, and Support & Services.
• Coordinate global distribution networks, overseeing worldwide shipments while ensuring on-time delivery and international compliance.
