Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Plant Coordinator to join the Plant and Operations management teams in Albacete. You will coordinate multi-department action plans and ensure timely production support while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Brief description of the department’s mission: You will join the Plant management and Operations management teams as Plant Coordinator. The plant management team is primarily responsible for ensuring the implementation of major projects and key initiatives, both to achieve objectives and to comply with the required regulations and standards. Within the Operations department, the support function is responsible for providing assistance to meet the various needs of the operational side of the business, with the aim of ensuring that production and deliveries are carried out on time and that the required regulations and standards are met. The team works closely with the main departments (FMRE, HSE, IM, Security, Finance, HR, Production, etc.) and the plant management. The successful candidate will play a key role as a liaison between the various departments, escalating any relevant information that requires action beyond what was initially planned, and providing support for the implementation of action plans within the framework of three main areas: - HSE: implementing measures, fostering a culture of prevention - CAPEX: monitoring and controlling investments - SDP: supporting, monitoring and coordinating projects relating to the plant’s growth and development.
