Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Plant Coordinator to join the Plant and Operations management teams in Albacete. You will coordinate multi-department action plans and ensure timely production support while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will drive cross-functional communication, participate in safety inspections, track KPIs, and support major projects across the plant’s growth initiatives, working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering the three preventive specialisms (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology).
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles related to project management.
• Proactive, organised with great attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and discretion with sensitive data.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel would be an advantage for data management.
• Ability to apply a digital approach to an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of programming and project management will be highly valued.
• Experience in occupational health and safety sector would be valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate action plans with various departments and organize follow-up meetings.
• Communicate relevant information to departments via meetings, briefings or digital channels.
• Participate in safety inspections and plan follow-up actions.
• Report indicators and draft action plans for deviations.
• Engage in internal and external forums as required.
