GMV in Spain is seeking a PMO-minded professional to manage aeronautical navigation projects, coordinating with engineering, quality and configuration teams to ensure proper planning and traceability. The role emphasizes MS Project usage, monitoring schedules, costs, risks and opportunities, and includes a hybrid work model with potential relocation support for international mobility.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

As part of our team, you will contribute to project monitoring activities and work closely with technical, quality, and configuration management teams to ensure the proper planning, traceability, and coordination of aeronautical navigation systems projects.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Supporting project planning and monitoring of schedules, costs, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinating with engineering, quality, and configuration management teams.
• Configuration management and document control, ensuring the traceability of requirements, versions, changes, and technical deliverables.
• Supporting change control activities and customer interactions.
• Preparing reports and deliverables, as well as supporting audits and technical reviews.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for Telecommunications, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineers, or professionals with a similar background who are interested in project management and aeronautical systems.

We will also value previous experience in PMO teams, as well as knowledge of project management and project management tools such as MS Project.
